I am back with my strict diet. I think I've been slacking enough. I've gain like 1-2kg! I want to dieeeeee. haha. Back to absolutely NO white stuff (white rice, noodles, flour, etc) NO candies, NO sweet drinks and NO potatoes. Only wholemeal bread and brown rice. Only milk and water. LOTS of water. Like 3 litres a day. LOTS of vegetables and fruits. AND STRICTLY NO EATING AFTER 6PM. I've been doin sit-ups and squats every single day. So that went well. Now I just have to start running again. And of course, change my sleeping pattern. No more late nights for me. Now it's gonna be bedtime at 10pm. Wake up at 6am and run like crazy. Oh and I might put in another slot to run in the evening as well. OMG. I need a life. HAHA. All of this torturing & suffering for what you say? All because I wanna look like this!
