I wished I was still a Pre-schooler!!
On the 2nd of April 2008 Wednesday, it was my niece birthday. So, I decided to throw a mini party for her in school. But, too bad I was working. She was asking me the night before, "Mummy, you off tomorrow is it??" I was like saying, "No, i have to work baby..."
So, I ordered a big Barney & Friends cake from Prima Deli and asked my mom a favor to go collect it for me since i was working. There were party goodie bags too for her friends to bring back home. As usual, things like party hat, mask, sweets, tidbits, stationeries.
Overall, she was way beyond HAPPY! Not only the birthday girl enjoyed the celebration, in fact her whole class was not having lessons for half of the session, they skipped mother tongue lessons. I'm glad she was happy and all i have left to look at how her celebration went was just pictures. But, that would be enough cos I can tell how she feels when she told me, "Thank You Mummy for buying me the cake. It was big. My friend jealous you know i wear crown (when it was actually a tiara, cos i want her to stand out from the others as she was the birthday girl and the rest would be having the party hat)"
