Sakina, Cicik, Dowayne and I went to have breakfast together today. We decided on Long John Silver. Dowayne and I just loveeeeeeeee the double turkey bacon toast. Yum yum.
Sakina's Texas chicken and Cicik's chicken sausage.
We then thought of a place to go after breakfast and because Sakina and Cicik have never been to Escape Theme Park before, we decided to go there today. And what do you know? The weather sucked today. One moment it was crazily hot and sunny, the next moment it was raining like cats and dogs. We gave up waiting at the entrance and made our way to Subway at Downtown East, to chill and eat some delicious soft-baked cookies, while waiting for it to be sunny and dry again.
And then it was sunny again! And we excitedly made our way back to Escape Theme Park! Sakina was especially the most excited. Haha. Right B? Heh.
But first, pictures time!
Ok done! Haha. Weather sucked okay! We went for our first sunny ride then it rained. And when it was sunny again, we all started queuing and took the ride and then, what do you know? IT RAINED - AGAIN! We got super irritated lor. So we all went to the big blue tent for shelter and looked at people playing those win-and-get-a-toy games. It cost like $2.50 per game. Pretty interesting though. So anyways, after it stopped raining (for the 158794652 times) and everything was all nice and dry, we went out to play!
We tried almost everything. Sakina was so 'thrilled' at one of the rides, it was hilarious. We laughed till our stomach hurt so much. We were literally laughing during the ride itself. While everyone was enjoying the ride, we were laughing our asses off. It was superrrrr funny! We are still laughing about it after the ride, in the car, on the phone. Basically we are still laughing till now. It was just so funny, so unforgettable.
The boys there are well, boys. Young dudes. Some are cute. But young. Some are just plain childish and immature. Like that boy stationed at the Flipper ride. The only part when he was 'matured' was when he came to me and said 'hi'. And when I was to go off the ride, he stood beside me and said 'bye' politely. Some were helpful like that Zulhilmi guy. Did I get his name right b? He was stationed at the Roll-a-Ball and Hoops. Very nice guy. My favorite boy was Syukri. Nice, helpful, young lad. Gentleman too! I asked him where should I go to to get the complimentary tickets. He not only showed me where it was, he brought me there, opened the door for me and told me to sit down at the sofa while waiting for the Guest Relations person to come. So nice! And cute. His friend was like teasing him all about it. Heh.
Before we left, we tried our luck on the win-and-get-a-toy game. We played Roll-a-Ball. And Dowayne won this! HAHAHA!
Soooooooo, that was my Saturday. Fun, hilarious and enjoyable. How did you spend yours?
love, nadia.
