Bangkok was awesome! I don't want to go home! I wanna stay there! Thai people are so nice. Very lovely people. Singaporeans should really learn from them. They are so well-mannered, so soft-spoken. They are very friendly people and smiling is very natural to them.
And the girls there are super gorgeous. Ina and I found ourselves saying "Eh lawa pe ni pompuan" every 10 mins. So whenever Thai guys and women told us we were pretty and beautiful, we took it as a HUGE compliment. Countless of them thought we were Thais. (Even our hotel staff can't believe we're not Thai!) Anyways, people there talked to us in Thai conveniently and we would have a blank look on our faces, smiled and said politely that we don't understand. They would appeared shock and surprised and laughed and said, "I thought you were Thai. You looked like Thai women."
Anyways, here's what we did in Bangkok, the land of smiles.
Friday, August 22, 2008. Highlights of the day:
Met MTV VJ Taya! (She's like super gorgeous! Very beautiful!)
Watched horror Thai movie, The Coffin, starring the gorgeous Ananda Everingham at Siam Paragon. (I love how they truly respect their King. We have to stand and respect the King before the movie starts. It was such an experience. Thailand rocks!)
Watched Thai music videos at our hotel and got stuck with a few Thai songs.
